Jakarta, May 17 -- Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) has ensured that adjustments to the airfare upper limit will be made carefully.

The step takes into account public economic conditions and rising global energy prices triggered by the Middle East conflict.

"It's not always easy to address global dynamics like this. Even so, we hope there will be improvements in the situation, and it (airfare) won't burden the public too much," he said in Jakarta on Sunday.
