Jakarta, Aug. 6 -- Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Arifah Fauzi, accompanied students from special needs schools (SLB) to undergo free health checks.
Fauzi monitored the implementation of the Free School Health Check (CKG) program at the State Special Needs School (SLBN) in Semarang, Central Java.
"The Free Health Check program is one way to strengthen the health protection of women and children while also supporting the realization of Golden Indonesia 2045," she noted in an official statement received here on Tuesday.
The minister observed the students' health checks, which included fitness assessments, nutritional evaluations, weight and height measurements, as well as blood, eye, ear, and dental tests.
