Minister: The hikes of non-subsidised fuel price not affecting MSMEs

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesia's Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Maman Abdurrahman stated that the increase of non-subsidized fuel prices does not affect to the MSME players.
This is because, according to him, the majority of MSMEs use subsidised fuels, such as subsidised diesel, Pertalite, and 3-kilogram LPG canister, whose prices are maintained by the government.
"In the context of energy fuel, there should be no impact. On the average, the MSMEs are using subsidised fuel and those prices have not been increased," Abdurrahman told reporters here on Monday.
