KNKT reveals Argo Bromo Anggrek braked 1.3 Km before crash in Bekasi
Jakarta, May 22 -- The National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) reveals that Argo Bromo Anggrek train had applied gentle braking approximately 1.3 kilometers before collision with a commuter line train set at Bekasi Timur Station on April 27, 2026.
KNKT Chairman Soerjanto Tjahjono said the Argo Bromo Anggrek train's driver braked his machine after receiving information about an impact of other commuter line train ahead.
