Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Jakarta Metropolitan Police are focusing their investigation on suspected human error behind a train collision in East Bekasi on Monday (April 27), which left 16 fatalities and 91 injured.

Head of public relations for the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Budi Hermanto, stated that investigators are currently examining various possible causes of the accident, including human error and potential disruptions to the railway communication system.
