Jakarta, Oct. 6 -- Jakarta Deputy Governor Rano Karno stated that the Jakarta Provincial Government has expanded mental health services to integrated health posts (posyandus) at the neighborhood level to support people, especially mothers and prospective mothers.

"Jakarta continues to expand mental health services, from providing psychologists at community health centers (puskesmas), online consultation, to strengthening posyandus' and health cadres' roles," he said in Jakarta on Monday.

At the "Expert Meeting: the Meeting of Mental-Health Friendly Posyandu Experts" event, he underlined that posyandus must be safe spaces for mothers and families, including providing emotional support for them.
