Jakarta, Feb. 23 -- Chief of the National Police Traffic Corps Agus Suryonugroho has emphasized the importance of traveling safely during the 2026 Eid homecoming and return trips.

The emphasis is reflected in the Traffic Corps' tagline for this year's homecoming: "Safe Homecoming, Happy Family," which is scheduled to be launched on March 3, 2026.

Suryonugroho, in a statement received here on Monday, said the tagline signifies that travel safety is the key to happiness when gathering with family during the holiday period.

He urged all Indonesians to make their homecoming journeys safe, orderly, and mindful, with safety as the top priority.
