Indonesia, March 3 -- Indonesia's Navy, through the Sea Combat Task Force (Guspurla) of Fleet Command I, conducted an integrated combat exercise in the Singapore Strait, reaffirming its commitment to national maritime sovereignty and security.
The exercise involved operational control elements (BKO), including KRI Surik-645 and patrol aircraft P-8203, to strengthen coordination between naval and air operations in the strategic border region.
"The drill focused on enhancing combat readiness and soldier professionalism amid high maritime security dynamics in the international shipping lane of the Singapore Strait," Fleet Command I Task Force Commander First Admiral Nurlan said Monday evening in Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands.
