Jakarta, Aug. 9 -- Indonesia's Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Meutya Hafid said synergy between her ministry (Kemkomdigi) and the National Armed Forces (TNI) is a strategic step to accelerate the country's national digital transformation agenda.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hafid said one example of this collaboration is the joint effort to expand internet connectivity in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions.
The TNI helps identify strategic locations that require connectivity and secure the infrastructure, enabling the ministry to deliver optimal internet access, she explained.
