Jakarta, July 15 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Transmigration is accelerating land certification in transmigration areas through its Trans Tuntas program to strengthen legal certainty, attract investment, and boost economic development, Deputy Minister Viva Yoga Mauladi said.

The program aims to resolve land disputes and speed up the issuance of land ownership certificates for transmigrants, providing legal certainty over land use, according to an official statement released on Wednesday.

Viva made the remarks during a visit to Sukoharjo Village in Lahat District, South Sumatra, on Monday to inaugurate school construction and rehabilitation projects in a transmigration area.
