Jakarta, Oct. 3 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs has established a complaint channel for members of the public to submit complaints or feedback regarding the protection of unused mobile data.

The ministry's Director of Digital Infrastructure Strategy and Policy, Denny Setiawan, said at a press conference in Jakarta on Saturday that the channel serves as an additional means for filing complaints.

"We are open to public feedback. In addition to the existing reporting channels provided by mobile operators, citizens are welcome to submit their complaints through the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure call center at 159," he said.
