Jakarta, Sept. 1 -- Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said the government will soon repair public facilities damaged during demonstrations in several regions.

"We continue to record public facilities that were damaged or burned, and we will repair them as soon as possible. Of course, we are also working with regional governments," AHY said at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta on Monday.

He emphasized that the government hopes the public will avoid anarchic actions when expressing their aspirations.
