Jakarta, June 22 -- Indonesian Ambassador to Colombia Tatang Razak served as an international observer in monitoring the second round of Colombia's presidential election, following an invitation from the country's electoral authorities.

According to a press release from the Indonesian Embassy in Bogota received on Monday, Razak was the only Asian observer officially invited by the Colombian National Electoral Council (Colombian Consejo Nacional Electoral/CNE), along with observers from more than 20 countries.

Observations were conducted at several polling locations, including Medellin for the first round and Bogota for the second round.
