Jakarta, May 12 -- Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Arif Havas Oegroseno on Tuesday urged global business leaders to first contact Indonesia's embassies if they encounter obstacles when investing in the country.

Oegroseno made the remarks at the International Seminar on Debottlenecking Channels at the Finance Ministry in Jakarta, which was attended by foreign ambassadors and global business representatives.

"If there are issues that need to be resolved, those nodes that the Finance Minister mentioned, please report them to our embassies. We will then liaise with their embassies here," he said when asked about the minister's role in addressing investment bottlenecks.
