Jakarta, June 30 -- Foreign Affairs Minister Sugiono stated that Indonesia continues to maintain a friendly political disposition toward other countries amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.

The minister confirmed here during a parliamentary meeting on Monday that this approach applies both to countries bordering Indonesia and to those far away.

Sugiono emphasized that based on the Constitution, Indonesia condemns any form of colonization against any nation. The state will consistently participate in pursuing world peace, the minister remarked.
