Jakarta, Feb. 27 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower will launch the first phase of its National Vocational Training program in April 2026, aiming to equip 20,000 recent high school and vocational graduates with industry-ready skills.

Manpower Minister Yassierli announced Friday in Jakarta that eligible participants are those who completed high school or vocational school within the past three years.

He emphasized the program as a complementary pathway to the National Internship initiative for university graduates.

Registration has opened for 37 training fields across 33 locations, offering 830 classes through online, offline, and blended learning formats led by certified mentors.
