Makkah, June 3 -- Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak said that all officials for the 2027 Hajj will be required to undergo training at a barracks facility to improve services for Indonesian pilgrims.

"In the future, we will ensure that all officials must undergo training. Field experience shows that service quality is greatly influenced by the readiness of the officials," he said in Mecca on Wednesday.

This policy applies to all personnel without exception, including officials from the Saudi Arabian Hajj Pilgrim Organizers (PPIH), Regional Hajj Officials (PHD), as well as group and embarkation officials.
