Jakarta, Oct. 3 -- The Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Ministry has summoned private gas station (SPBU) operators to discuss the delayed purchase of base fuel from imported supplies provided by Pertamina.

"Wait until this afternoon for more definitive information regarding the agreement," said Director General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Laode Sulaeman, told reporters at the ministry's Jakarta office on Friday.

He explained that the ministry would meet with gas station operators to negotiate a deal between the business entities.
