Central Lombok, NTB, Sept. 4 -- Indonesia's state-owned tourism developer, the InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), is setting up a beachfront camping ground and campervan park to accommodate fans attending the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia.

ITDC Operations Director and Chairman of the 2026 Mandalika MotoGP Troy Warokka said on Friday that the concept was designed as an alternative budget-friendly accommodation for spectators, particularly those making cross-country motorcycle trips from Sumatra and Java to the venue.

The race is scheduled to take place at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in West Nusa Tenggara Province from October 9 to 13.
