Jakarta, Sept. 14 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) is instilling integrity and driving innovation among new civil servant candidates as part of efforts to shape future leaders.

The ministry has included participants in its 2025 Leadership Training and Organizational Induction Program, held in Jakarta from September 2 to 9, said I Nyoman Radiarta, head of the ministry's Human Resources Development Agency, on Sunday.

The initiative is part of KKP's Management Trainee Program, launched following the debut of its Corporate University (Corpu) on September 3 by Minister Sakti Wahyu Trenggono.
