Jakarta, Aug. 12 -- Indonesian fighter Bilal Hasan secured a ticket to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) after defeating Indian contender Mridul Saikia by technical knockout (TKO) just 45 seconds into their bout in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Jakarta time.

In an Instagram post shared by UFC Indonesia, Hasan expressed his joy over the victory and thanked Indonesian fans for their support.

"God willing, we will fight at UFC very, very soon," he said while conveying love for the Indonesian public.

Hasan faced Saikia in Dana White's Contender Series (DWCS) Season 10 at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas, opening the fight with a low left kick.
