Jakarta, April 13 -- The National Alms Agency (Baznas) has delivered about 15,000 packages of staple goods donated by the Indonesian public to residents in need in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
In a statement received in Jakarta on Monday, Baznas Secretary Subhan Cholid confirmed that the humanitarian aid had been received by Palestinians in the besieged enclave.
"Praise be to God, after a long process of delivery and international coordination, the assistance raised by the Indonesian public has arrived and reached the people in need in Gaza," he said.
