Jakarta, July 15 -- Indonesia's realized investment reached a record Rp1,931.2 trillion (about US$120.7 billion) in 2025, exceeding the government's Rp1,905.6 trillion (US$119.1 billion) target as downstream industries and projects outside Java drove growth.

The total rose 12.7 percent from a year earlier and created jobs for 2.71 million workers, up 10.4 percent year on year, Investment and Downstreaming Minister Rosan Roeslani said on Wednesday.

"We achieved these milestones while maintaining accountable and transparent management of state finances and assets," Rosan told a parliamentary hearing in Jakarta.
