Jakarta, June 24 -- President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that Indonesia is enjoying the highest rice and corn output in its history, underscoring the government's all-out effort to achieve self-sufficiency in food commodities.

"Our rice and corn production has reached the highest levels ever recorded since the country's founding," he remarked at the main event of the National Farmers and Fishermen Week XVII in Gorontalo District, Gorontalo Province, on Wednesday.
