Jakarta, Sept. 28 -- The match between Indonesian and Malaysian national teams in the second Group A match of the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026 in Jakarta on Monday could see a full house.

The match, set for 7:30 p.m. local time at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (GBK) Jakarta, had already sold 56,000 tickets by Monday noon.

According to an official statement from the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) on Monday, the number is expected to keep rising amid growing enthusiasm among Indonesian team supporters to watch the duel between the two neighboring countries live on the international stage.
