Jakarta, May 24 -- The Indonesian government has launched the Presidential Future Leaders Program (PFLP) to prepare future leaders for state-owned enterprises (SOEs), according to Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya.

"The program was designed directly by the President to prepare future leaders of state-owned enterprises," Teddy said in a statement.

President Prabowo Subianto personally briefed 400 participants of the program's first batch in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, on Sunday.

The program is intended to support Prabowo's vision of improving SOE governance through stronger human resource development.
