Jakarta, Sept. 10 -- Indonesia, alongside Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has commended the move by Canada and 11 European countries to restrict trade with illegal Israeli settlements.

According to an official statement from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued here on Thursday, the foreign ministers of Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom recently issued a Joint Statement on the Two-State Solution.
