Jakarta, Oct. 11 -- Indonesia has issued 1,351 visas to support the 2026 Mandalika MotoGP, held at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections said on Sunday.

The ministry has also deployed 50 additional immigration personnel at airports, the circuit and surrounding areas to strengthen immigration services and security for riders, teams and foreign visitors, Director General of Immigration Hendarsam Marantoko said.

"We are ensuring that visa services and immigration procedures run smoothly so that visitors feel safe and comfortable and have a positive experience during their stay in Indonesia," Marantoko said in a statement confirmed in Jakarta.
