Jakarta, Sept. 26 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Trade is targeting higher fashion exports to Saudi Arabia, which currently stand at just US$17.55 million, representing a market share of about 0.84 percent.

In a written statement issued in Jakarta on Friday, Indonesian Trade Attache in Riyadh Zulvri Yenni said the figure highlights significant untapped opportunities for Indonesian fashion businesses to expand their market presence in Saudi Arabia.

According to Zulvri, Indonesia is seeking to capitalize on this potential through its debut participation in the Saudi Fashion & Tex Expo 2026, held from September 24 to 27 at the Jeddah Center for Exhibition & Events in Jeddah.
