Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education has signed a cooperation agreement with several businesses and industries to strengthen the integration of vocational education.

Director General of Vocational Education, Special Education, and Special Service Education, Tatang Muttaqin, said on Thursday that the partnership is aimed at fostering high-quality, globally competent vocational talent.

He emphasized that the partnership is not merely about ensuring job opportunities after graduation.

"It is more about building synergy from the very beginning, within the educational process itself, so that every step of the learning process is truly relevant, applicable, and future-oriented," Muttaqin said.
