Jakarta, Aug. 19 -- The Indonesian government, through the National Alms Agency (Baznas) and the Merah Putih II Task Force of the National Armed Forces (TNI), has successfully conducted the second round of humanitarian airdrops in Gaza, Palestine.
"Praise be to God, the assistance donated by the Indonesian people for our brothers and sisters in Palestine has once again been airdropped in the Gaza Strip," Baznas Head Noor Achmad stated in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He noted that the aid, transported by TNI aircraft on Monday (August 18), was packed in specially designed safe and secure containers to ensure it reached those most in need in Gaza amid Israel's ongoing genocidal acts.
