Jakarta, March 3 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education announced the ongoing formulation of a circular letter addressing adjustments to the student admission system to prevent dropouts in disaster-hit Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra provinces.
"There will be some policy adjustments. We are currently working on a ministerial circular regarding the admission of disaster-affected pupils," said Jamjam Muzaki, a representative of the ministry's Disaster-Resilient Education Unit.
