Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- The Ministry of Defense is sending the fourth wave of the Indonesian Defense Forces (TNI) Health Task Force to treat residents injured in the Palestinian conflict zone.
This task force deployment is part of TNI's non-combat military operations to support global peace.
Deputy Minister of Defense Donny Ermawan Taufanto noted in a statement on Thursday that the task force comprises 25 personnel.
They specialize in various fields, including orthopedics, anesthesia, internal medicine, radiology, medical rehabilitation, nursing, health analysis, and pharmacy.
According to Taufanto, the Health Task Force will be stationed at Raffah Field Hospital, Palestine, and Al Arish Floating Hospital.
