Jakarta, June 10 -- Indonesia's Foreign Minister Sugiono stated on Tuesday that ASEAN member states should uphold their centrality and unity in response to the current geopolitical situation and in advancing toward the future.

"Our regional cooperation must remain cohesive, outward-looking, and adaptable to secure a peaceful, prosperous, and resilient future for all," Sugiono stated in a recorded address to the third ASEAN Future Forum (AFF) in Hanoi on Tuesday.

The forum was hosted by the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to information posted on the Indonesian foreign minister's social media accounts.
