Indonesia and US air force hold high-intensity joint military exercise
Jakarta, June 8 -- The Quick Reaction Corps (Korpasgat) of the Indonesian Air Force conducted a joint exercise with the United States Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) to strengthen personnel combat readiness and interoperability.
Korpasgat said in a press release cited on Monday that the drill was held in Bandung District, West Java, on Sunday (June 7).
"The Korpasgat and AFSOC concluded the drill dubbed Direct Action Ground Reconnaissance 2026 exercise yesterday," Korpasgat spokesperson Colonel Jaito Novyan Sulistiyono stated.
