Jakarta, Oct. 30 -- The governments of Indonesia and the United Kingdom (UK) forged cooperation in cybersecurity as part of joint efforts to protect the digital space and strengthen the national digitalization foundation.
"Cybersecurity is the foundation of digital sovereignty and our national economic stability," Indonesian Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Nezar Patria said in his statement on Thursday.
This was conveyed by Patria during a meeting with the British Deputy Ambassador to Indonesia, Matthew Downing, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs in Jakarta on Wednesday.
