Jakarta, July 8 -- The Indonesian National Air Carriers Association (INACA) and the Ministry of Transportation are hosting the Indonesia Aero Summit (IAS) 2026 to boost national aviation connectivity and competitiveness.

INACA Chairman Denon Prawiraatmadja said the 3rd IAS serves as a collaborative platform for the government, industry players, and all stakeholders to sustainably strengthen the national aviation ecosystem.

"Especially in responding to the current situation, where the economy and geopolitical conditions may not provide enough support for the growth of the national aviation industry," Prawiraatmadja said after the opening of the IAS 2026 here on Wednesday.
