Human Rights Ministry deploys 150,000 personnel to map village needs
Indonesia, Aug. 18 -- The Ministry of Human Rights is deploying 150,000 personnel in its first phase to map issues surrounding poverty, unemployment, and the fulfillment of basic needs in villages across Indonesia.
Speaking during the inauguration of the Center for Human Rights Studies at the Mimika School of Law (STIH Mimika) in Mimika District, Central Papua, on Tuesday, Human Rights Minister Natalius Pigai explained that the personnel are being deployed under the ministry's Human Rights-Conscious Village program.
