Jakarta, July 12 -- Indonesia's Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Maman Abdurrahman, said the income of online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers had not fallen following the implementation of the policy allocating 92 percent of commissions to drivers and 8 percent to app operators.

"I have enquired about the issue that their earnings have actually decreased despite their commission being set at 92 percent. We confirmed them about this and they said it was not the case," Abdurrahman said in a statement received here in Jakarta on Sunday.
