Jakarta, Aug. 1 -- Indonesia's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Ministry is helping seven disaster-affected businesses from North Sumatra recover by joining the Indonesia Coffee Expo (ICX) Medan 2026 to expand market access.

The initiative is part of the government's "MSMEs Rise" program, Deputy for Medium Enterprises Bagus Rachman said in a statement released on Friday.

"The ministry is encouraging these entrepreneurs to reconnect with markets, expand networks, establish partnerships and improve product competitiveness," Rachman said.

The exhibition allows coffee entrepreneurs to showcase products to potential buyers, business partners and major players in the national coffee industry, he added.
