Jakarta, Sept. 18 -- The Ministry of Finance recorded that customs and excise revenues collected Rp210.2 trillion (US$11.5 billion) as of August 31, 2026, experiencing growth of 7.8 percent on an annual basis from the previous Rp194.9 trillion (US$10.6 billion).

"With the growth of 7.8 percent, this is a very good performance," Finance Minister Suahasil Nazara said at the press conference for the September 2026 Edition of the State Budget on Friday.

According to him, the growth in customs and excise revenues was supported by all main components.
