Jakarta, May 5 -- The Primary and Secondary Education Ministry is preparing a new scheme to ensure the continuity of employment and salaries for non-civil servant (non- ASN ) teachers who are currently teaching in public schools across various education levels.
The ministry's Director General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Nunuk Suryani , said that such teachers are still greatly needed, considering their long years of service and the ongoing shortage of teachers, especially in remote, frontier, and outermost (3T) areas.
"In this circular, the agreement is indeed set until 2026 because there will be a new scheme that is still being discussed regarding their assignments, as they will still be needed next year," Suryani said in Kupa...
