Jakarta, March 17 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Transportation has ensured that international flight operations continue amid the dynamic situation in the Middle East.
"In response to news circulating among the public regarding the suspension of all international flights due to the situation in the Middle East, the Ministry of Transportation confirms that the information is not true," the ministry's Director General of Air Transportation, Lukman F. Laisa, said in a statement here on Tuesday.
He noted that the ministry continues to closely monitor developments in international flight operations affected by the situation in the Middle East while ensuring that passenger handling is carried out properly and safely.
