Jakarta, July 30 -- President Prabowo Subianto on Wednesday expressed his deepest condolences over the passing of former minister and senior economist Kwik Kian Gie, describing him as one of Indonesia's finest talents.

He made the statement after paying his last respects to the renowned national figure at the funeral home of Gatot Subroto Army Hospital in Central Jakarta.
