Jakarta, July 17 -- Executive Director of the Center for Energy and Mining Law Studies (PUSHEP), Bisman Bhaktiar, views the Masela Block groundbreaking as a significant breakthrough for Indonesia's upstream oil and gas sector following nearly three decades of delays.
