Jakarta, Aug. 5 -- Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Minister Bahlil Lahadalia instructed the newly inaugurated Head of the Aceh Oil and Gas Management Agency (BPMA), Mawardi Nur, to boost oil and gas production in the Andaman Block.

Speaking at the ESDM Ministry office in Jakarta on Wednesday, Bahlil issued the mandate following Mawardi's official inauguration, where he succeeded outgoing BPMA chief Teuku Mohamad Nasri.

"Increase production in Andaman," Minister Bahlil said.
