Jakarta, Oct. 11 -- Minister of Manpower Yassierli has emphasized that equal opportunity is a key principle of the 2025 National Internship Program.

"Our first rule is to ensure equal distribution - geographically, across study programs, and industry sectors," Yassierli said in an interview in Jakarta on Saturday.

He noted that the ministry would not only focus on specific positions but also ensure diversity in available internship roles so that graduates from various academic backgrounds can participate.

Yassierli revealed that at least 1,000 companies have committed to joining the program. The registration period for companies and internship proposals ran from October 1 to 14, 2025, followed by intern registration until October 15, 2...
