DSI not export broker, only provides service fees: Danantara
Jakarta, June 8 -- Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Body (BP BUMN) as well as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, emphasized that PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) is not an "export broker".
"It may seem as though we are acting as brokers and taking export margins, but that is not the case," he said after a press conference at the Parliamentary Complex on Monday.
His remarks were made in response to provisions allowing DSI to determine margins, as stipulated in Article 3, Paragraph (4) of Government Regulation (PP) No. 24 of 2026 on the Governance of Strategic Natural Resource Commodity Exports.
