Jakarta, Oct. 7 -- Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin stated that the defense cooperation agreement with other countries can be leveraged to improve Soedirman National Defense Center Hospital (RSPPN)'s medical personnel quality so they become globally qualified.

Sadikin said here on Tuesday that the Defense Ministry aims to elevate RSPPN so it can become a globally reputable hospital. Thus, the Health Ministry makes use of the cooperation scheme to improve the hospital's healthcare personnel capabilities.

"Doctors from this hospital can learn abroad in the best global hospitals. On the other hand, the best doctors all over the world, including their best nurses, can come here to teach at this hospital," he elaborated.
