Tangerang, Banten, Aug. 18 -- Citilink has resumed flights from Bandung's Husein Sastranegara Airport to five major Indonesian cities, expanding its domestic network to meet strong travel demand in West Java's capital, the airline said Tuesday.

Citilink President Director Darsito Hendroseputro said the restored services support national connectivity while capturing key passenger traffic to and from the region.

The routes are part of Citilink's efforts to support the broader restructuring of the Garuda Indonesia Group by focusing on high-demand domestic sectors, he added.

Daily services connecting Bandung with Medan, Denpasar, and Surabaya resumed on Monday, August 17.
